Seller Acknowledgment
If you or another user submit a vehicle, product, or service for sale through BIDCARGARAGE and we accept the listing, you (or the other user) will be considered a “Seller” on our platform. As a Seller, you are entirely responsible for the content you provide and any details related to the vehicle, product, or service you list. You are also solely accountable for completing the transaction with the Buyer, in line with our Agreement.
By listing a vehicle, product, or service on BIDCARGARAGE, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:
Once your listing is published and for as long as it remains active on our platform, you are prohibited from listing the same item on any other auction site, dealership platform, or listing service.
BIDCARGARAGE reserves the right to remove your listing at any time after publication, at our sole discretion.
Buyer Acknowledgment
By placing a bid through BIDCARGARAGE, you agree that any fees associated with your bid are binding and must be paid as specified in our Agreement. As a Buyer, you are also responsible for all applicable taxes and government fees related to the vehicle in question.
When placing a bid, you understand and accept the following:
Your bid represents a non-binding expression of interest in the listed vehicle and does not establish a formal contract with the Seller.
It is your responsibility, along with the Seller’s, to negotiate and finalize any formal sale agreement outside the scope of BIDCARGARAGE. We are not a party to any resulting transaction.
Any shipping or delivery charges must be detailed and agreed upon between you and the Seller in your separate contract.
Please note:
BIDCARGARAGE does not inspect or verify the condition of vehicles or other goods listed by Sellers. As a Buyer, you accept that all risk related to your purchase lies with you and the Seller.
