This 1974 MGB Roadster was reportedly sold new by Bradley Sports Car Center in Richmond, Virginia, and later spent years in long-term storage in Pennsylvania before being acquired by the seller in 2021. Now displaying 50k miles, the car is finished in Citron over black vinyl upholstery and is powered by a 1.8-liter inline-four engine paired with a four-speed manual transmission.
Notable features include a black soft top, 14″ Rostyle wheels, front disc brakes, a trunk-mounted luggage rack, a cabin heater, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and an AM/FM radio. Recent maintenance in 2022 included replacing the air pump, clutch master cylinder, left rear wheel cylinder, and driver’s seat webbing, as well as refinishing the doors and wheels and repairing wiring and exterior lighting. This MGB is offered with service records and a clean New Jersey title in the seller’s name.
The exterior is finished in Citron, with the doors refinished under current ownership. Additional details include triple windshield wipers, door-mounted mirrors, chrome bumpers with black rubber overriders, and a luggage rack on the trunk. The 1.8-liter inline-four engine features twin SU carburetors. Work completed in 2022 included replacing the air pump, air pump filter, and drive belt, along with repainting the radiator, valve cover, and air cleaner covers, and addressing wiring repairs.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission. The clutch master cylinder and clutch pedal return spring were replaced in July 2022.
